The big Eagles' ruckman had his league #1 mantle taken off him officially last season when Aaron Sandilands truely began to dominate and Cox had seemingly entered the twilight of his career.
However, things have changed now as Cox aims to become the AFL's best ruckman once again. He has had a really strong pre season and let's not forget just how versitile around the ground he is, he averages more dispoals per game than Sandilands.
Cox averaged only 88 last season, low for his lofty standards. Other than Nic Natinui there isn't a lot available in the ruck department at West Coast, meaning he'll get a lot of game time.
In 208 and 2009 he average 112 and 111 SuperCoach points respectively, and this year at under 430,000 dollars Cox is more than $160,000 cheaper than this time last year.
