Cameron Shenton (MID/FWD) - Current Price: $155,300 - Breakeven: -54 - Bye: Round 10
Billy Hartung (MID) - $117,300 - -28 - Round 9
Jonathan O’Rourke (MID) - $123,900 - -14 - Round 9
Shenton has the bye this week, so he can wait until next week. If Hartung can stay away from the green vest, then he’ll be a great choice. O’ Rourke could find his way into the Giant’s team, with Toby Greene suspended.
Dump
Nick Robertson (MID) - $232,100 - 114 - Round 10
Jay Kennedy-Harris (FWD) - $300,600 - 89 - Round 10
Jeremy Laidler (DEF) - $269,400 - 65 - Round 10
Luke Dunstan (MID) - $326,000 - 48 - Round 10
These four have served as well, and made us plenty of cash. They all have the bye this week, so it’s time to dump them.
Tom Liberatore (MID) - $563,900 - 24 - Round 9
Shannon Hurn (DEF) - $412,300 - 46 - Round 9
Robbie Gray (MID/FWD) - $541,900 - 74 - Round 9
Joel Selwood (MID) - $549,500 - 92 - Round 8
Look to upgrade to players who have already had the bye. Hurn is a steal at just over $400k, while Gray has been in great form and one of the best forward options this year.
Watchlist
Leigh Montagna (MID) - $598,300 - 222 - Round 10
Steve Johnson (MID) - $599,100 - 167 - Round 8
Dane Swan (MID) - $556,000 - 157 - Round 8
Tom Mitchell (MID/FWD) - $424,200 - 137 - Round 10
Montagna’s form has dipped in the last few weeks, meaning he will cheap. Johnson had a shocker on the weekend, so look to bring him in, in the next few weeks, after his suspension. Mitchell had 64 disposals and 269 SuperCoach points, in the NEAFL, so when he comes back into the Swan’s line-up, he could be a good option up forward.
