There are again plenty of wicketkeepers to choose from this year. So who do you make your gloveman?
Matthew Wade Melb Stars $74,700
The most expenisve wicket keeper, but a genuine 'Star' and of course, Australia's number one. He's the only 'keeper on the Stars' list at this stage, and can bat anywhere from opening the innings to number seven or eight. Ideally, he'll open to boost his opportuinty to score well, but with Hodge, Hussey, Quiney, White and Wright available, it's unlikely.
Good Buy Rating: Matty Wade is a safe bet as your wicketkeeper. He has a great strike rate and is efficient behind the stumps.
Tom Triffitt Perth Scorchers $45,500
The former Tasmanian turn full time West Aussie has a huge opportunity to leave his stamp on Australian cricket

Tom Triffitt Perth Scorchers $45,500
The former Tasmanian turn full time West Aussie has a huge opportunity to leave his stamp on Australian cricket
this summer. He heads into the tournament as Perth's sole wicketkeeper, as Luke Ronchi isn't available. He played eight matches in the last BBL for the Hobart Hurricanes, taking five catches and enjoying a healthy strike rate of 128.
Good Buy Rating: Triffitt will be 22 this summer and looms as WA's next big thing. The classy right-hander is a risk, but is very cheap and assured of game-time.
Peter Nevill Melb Renegades $42,100
The 27 year-old Nevill played for the Sydney Sixes last season and managed six matches with and around Brad Haddin. He only managed 58 runs but at a strong strike-rate fo 126. Given he's the Renegades' only 'keeper, you have to consider him as a point of difference.
Good Buy Rating: Don't forget that the hugely talented Nevill was Wade's test back-up in the Caribbean. If you think his 2011/12 form will carry into this season, then jump on.
Brad Haddin Sydney 6s $55,800
Make no mistake, the dumped test 'keeper can still still play some serious cricket. He skippered the Sixes to the Champions League Trophy only a month ago, and regularly opened the batting, which is exactly where you want your 'keeper to be batting.
Good Buy Rating: More than 100 runs at a 133 strike rate from six matches in the Champions League makes for good reading. Likely to be pretty pricey but I'll back him in. A lot cheaper than Wade too.
Chris Hartley Bris Heat $36,000
Hartley is a fantastic wicketkeeper who I rate highly, but the pint-sized glove-man isn't someone to consider for your BBL fantasy team. Due to his excellent keeping, he should be a chance for the test team, but he hasn't proved to be a Twenty20 batter.
Good Buy Rating: Stay away. Even though he's as cheap as they come and Brisbane's number one, he won't score you a lot of points.

Tim Paine (Photo courtesy hobarthurricanes.com.au)
Tim Paine Hobaart Hurricanes $46,500
Paine did not play in the BBL last year, but has played five T20 Internationals, so experience in the form isn't a problem. We know he's talented and we know he can bat very high up the order, so he has everything you need.
Good Buy Rating: His return from injury has been excellent and perhaps with a reduced price, could be worth a shot.
Others:
Ben Dunk - Hobart Hurricanes $36,000
Daniel Smith - Sydney 6s $36,000
Matt Prior - Sydney Thunder (England International) $85,900
Ryan Carters - Sydney Thunder $36,000
