ABOUT US
SuperCoach HQ is a website dedicated to the online fantasy AFL game, SuperCoach, and has been running since late 2010.
The first year or two Dave & Schon exclusively produced all the content and advice, but SCHQ has grown rapidly since those days, and now has writers from all around the country, producing pre-season Cheat-Sheets, Youtube videos and iTunes podcasts, a SuperCoach dedicated forum and of course, the annual Rate My Team.
SuperCoach HQ is always open to sponsorship, advertising or partnership enquiries, so please get in touch with us if this sounds like you.

2014 Prediction?
Sydney or Fremantle premiers, Gazza to be displaced as the number one SuperCoach player, but only just.
Best SuperCoach performance?
Scoring 2600 last year was a PB for me. Have been sub-2000 overall but never sub-500.
Favourite SuperCoach player?
Today Patty Dangerfield, of yesteryear definitely Matty Richardson or Matty Pavlich.
Number one SC tip?
Choosing youngsters who play is important but nailing your premiums is the real key. They score the majority of your points and turn a 2200 into a 2500. Choose them and stick by them all year.

2014 Prediction?
Fremantle to finally win a flag for Ross Lyon
Best Supercoach Performance?
575th out of 350,070 teams back in 2009
Favourite Supercoach Player?
Hard to go past Gazza...but for something unique, lets go with Nat Fyfe. Just love the way he plays.
Number One Supercoach tip?
Don't be afraid to trade when you need to, especially if you lose games early in the year. There's no point storming home and finishing 9th in your league with a half dozen trades up your sleeve come Finals time - you can't win it from there my friend.

Sydney (for the premiership)
Best SuperCoach performance?
2,100 overall
Favourite SuperCoach player?
Dane Swan
Number one SC tip?
Do plenty of research through the pre-season. Pick the best of the best mixed with the most reliable youngsters, and come round one - trade hard, but smart.

2014 Prediction?
Too hard to predict even before NAB challenge, but I'll say NOT Hawks or Swans. A big feeling that 2014 will be a surprise year for 1 hungry team
Best SuperCoach Performance?
My PB is 2551 in last years GF, not the highest but I tend to win when it counts
Favourite SuperCoach player?
Fantasy coaches can't play favourites! So i'd have to say the cheapest rookie who earns my team the most cash!
Number one SC tip?
BALANCE is key; lots of cheap players at the start, then build towards a team with a sufficient amount of stars in the last 6-8 weeks.

2014 Prediction?
Fremantle for the flag
Best SuperCoach Performance?
Scored a big 2600 a few years back when a 2800 won the weekly thanks to GAJ and Swann
Favourite SuperCoach Player?
Can't go past the little master with GAJ, but I am really starting to like the game of Pearce Hanley for SC.
Number one SuperCoach tip?
Think about your trades and don't get sucked in by a few good/bad weeks of scores.

2014 Prediction?
I think Fremantle are a real chance, they started winning away from home more and will be better off for their first Grand Final appearance. I'm gonna go either Sydney or Hawthorn though.
Best SuperCoach performance?
My best weekly performance is a few points shy of 2600.
Favourite SuperCoach player?
I have always loved Gaz for obvious reasons; scored big, consistent, great to watch, etc... He and Goddard are the first two picked in my side every year. Being a writer of the Point/Player of Difference (POD) articles, I always love a player who does well but goes under the radar, someone like a Matt Priddis.
Number one SC tip?
Make a plan with how many premiums and rookies you want, and whether to buy any mid-pricers. Do your research, find the players who are cheap through and take a risk with players like them or someone who you think will have a breakout year.
