Back on track with a win against lowly opposition, the TOC still hasn’t managed to bridge the gap to the top two teams, remaining one game behind. Last week we scored a respectable 2,184 pts, coming in at
45,711th for the round and dropping slightly overall, to now sit just outside the top 10,000. With a
comfortable 240 pt victory for the round, we are hoping for a similar result against similar opposition this weekend to further boost our percentage.

Heroes : Led by captain Gazza with a spectacular 149, others to perform admirably were Patrick
DANGERFIELD (123), Josh J KENNEDY (121), Scott PENDLEBURY (119), Matt PRIDDIS (110), Bryce GIBBS (109), Dean COX (108) and Shannon HURN (106).
Villains : Another easy target on the villain side last week, with Grant BIRCHALL (0) a last minute
withdrawal – he was just lucky we had some decent coverage on the bench. Others to disappoint were Jackson THURLOW (31), Sam DWYER (51), Tom ROCKLIFF (69), Brent MOLONEY (69), Brent HARVEY (78) and Dustin MARTIN (79).
To the big questions for round ten, as we fast approach the byes….
(1) Do we trade ROCKLIFF – will he be out longer than two weeks?
(2) Do we look to downgrade a dodgy TERLICH and upgrade elsewhere?
(3) Swap DWYER and MACAFFER?
(4) Gazza captain against his old team at his old ground?
Let us know your thoughts, and any other trade idea you might want us to consider.
