Once again – as with last weekend – we have been blessed with very few complications arising from last weekend’s batch of matches. With all players abl4e to take guilty pleas and avoid suspension via the MRP, we only have two players with significant injuries to look at this week – one in particular who will leave a lot of SC coaches pulling their hair out wondering what’s the right move to make for their side.
Alex FASOLO - Collingwood - $332,700 Av 85
Selected in a whopping 32% of SC teams, Collingwood rebounding defender FASOLO has been one of the selections of the season so far, averaging 85 pts per game including a couple of ripper scores of 106 and 132 resulting in a price rise of $119,100. However that all came unstuck last weekend when he was subbed out with a “toe injury”, and finished the game in a moon boot. With a history of foot and leg problems, this is not a good sign for the young Pie. Will he be out for 1 week? Maybe 2? Will it be 4 or 5? There is a lot of smoke and mirror-type shenanigans going on around this fella, but the big question is – do you keep him or move him on?
